Tulare County Office of Education Press Release
On Friday, April 1, high school students from Tulare and Kings counties will visit the Visalia and Tulare campuses of the College of the Sequoias for the annual College and Career EXPO. Nearly 460 students from 20 schools have registered to participate in EXPO 2022.
The EXPO has been a regional Tulare-Kings event since 1992 and has been held at COS for the majority of those years. A collaborative event between COS Career Technical Education Programs, Tulare County Education Office College and Career, Kings County Education Office, and Visalia and Tulare School Districts, the EXPO offers students from Tulare and Kings counties the opportunity to compete in both technical and academic career events, and to visit the COS campus for what might be the first time.
The events will take place at the Tulare Center of COS, as well as at the Visalia Campus, and will begin at 9:00 am. A full list of competitions and locations follows.
