Ethan Hawke seen in Shelbyville scouting filming locations

There was another sighting of Ethan Hawke in the Louisville area. The actor/producer/director was in Shelbyville, Kentucky, last week looking for filming locations, according to Associate Executive Judge Jon Park. , like “Training Day”, “Dead Poets Society”, “Gattaca”, “Before Sunrise” and many more. He is also the father of ‘Stranger Things’ star Maya Hawke. Park posted a message on Facebook saying he had received a call from a scout who wanted to come to town and visit the courthouse and the old jail. was expected that the scout said that Hawke would also come. “I was honored to show Ethan and the production company around our historic courthouse and answer their questions,” Park said. “Ethan and the whole team were very nice.” Hawke didn’t tell Park much about the film, but he said it’s set in the 1950s. Hawke also told him that while nothing is set in stone when it comes to filming in Shelbyville though, he loves the city. The actor was at the Louisville Zoo visiting in July while he was also working on a movie and scouting locations. The video in the player above is about her visit to the zoo. We don’t yet know if this scouting trip and this one are tied to the same movie, but Park said he’s been told the goal is to start filming early next year. The actor/producer/director was in Shelbyville, Kentucky, last week looking for filming locations, according to Deputy Executive Judge Jon Park.

The 51-year-old has starred in tons of movies, like ‘Training Day’, ‘Dead Poets Society’, ‘Gattaca’, ‘Before Sunrise’ and many more. He is also the father of ‘Stranger Things’ star Maya Hawke.

Park posted a message on Facebook saying he had received a call from a scout who wanted to come to town and visit the courthouse and the old jail.

It was only after the visit was planned that the scout announced that Hawke would also be coming.

“I was honored to show Ethan and the production company around our historic courthouse and answer their questions,” Park said. “Ethan and the whole team were very nice.”

Hawke didn’t tell Park much about the film, but he did say it was set in the 1950s.

Hawke also told him that while nothing is set in stone yet when it comes to filming in Shelbyville, he loves the city.

The actor was at the Louisville Zoo visiting in July while also working on a film and scouting locations.
